有机茶叶是一种无污染，纯天然的茶叶，是茶叶中最高品质的代表，因此它需经过有机食品颁证组织严格的生产加工认证。有机乌龙茶即是一种规范化种植生产的无公害茶。随着对茶叶保健作用的日益注重，无公害、绿色食品和有机茶叶产品的生产也不断发展。

The organic tea is a non-polluting, natural tea, it is a representative of tea the highest quality in tea. So it needs a certification of the organic food producing and processing, which is certificated strictly by the organic food organization. The Organic Oolong Tea is a kind of natural tea which is standardized cultivation and production. With the growing emphasis on the health effects of tea, pollution-free, green and organic tea production has evolved.

乌龙茶，亦称青茶，品种较多，是中国几大茶类中，独具鲜明特色的茶叶品类。乌龙茶创制于1725年（清雍正年间）前后，综合了绿茶和红茶的制法，其发酵程度介于绿茶和红茶之间，既有红茶的浓鲜味，又有绿茶的清芬香，并有“绿叶红镶边”的美誉。

The Oolong tea is also called Qing tea, it has many varieties, is a unique tea category in China’s major tea. The earliest Oolong tea was produced in 1725, it combined the production method of green tea and black tea. The fermentation is between green tea and black tea, both has the concentrated flavor of black tea, and the fresh fragrance of green tea, it is praised by the name “Green Leaves with Red Edge”.

乌龙茶的名字来源于茶叶的形态，茶叶在晒、炒、焙加工之后，色泽乌黑，条索似鱼（比作龙）。在水中泡开，叶片似卷似曲，色泽乌青，犹如乌龙入水，故而得名。不论由地名而来还是由茶树品种名而称的乌龙茶，只要制法相同，均通称为乌龙茶，包括乌龙品种及其他著名品种。

The name of Oolong tea comes from the tea leaves. The tea after sunning, frying and baking, the color is bright black, like fish, compared to dragon. After steeping water, the leaves like dragon swimming in the water, the name comes from this. Whether the name comes from the place or the tea tree, as long as the same production method, all called Oolong tea, including Oolong varieties and other well-known varieties.

乌龙茶作为我国特种名茶，经现代国内外科学研究证实，乌龙茶除了具有一般茶叶提神益思，消除疲劳、生津利尿、解热防暑、杀菌消炎、祛寒解酒、解毒防病、消食去腻、减肥健美等保健功效外，还突出表现在防癌症、降血脂、抗衰老等特殊功效。在日本被称之为“美容茶”、“健美茶”。
